VaultysHub: the new IAM platform to regain control of your identities and access
The name changes. The offering is structured. Security is reinforced.
SmartLink becomes VaultysHub.
Yes, it’s a name change. But this new name also marks a deeper transformation: that of a product that has evolved into a complete platform for identity, access, and security management.
SmartLink already included numerous features: authentication, password management, access governance, provisioning, visibility into Shadow IT, compliance, and traceability. This richness was a strength, but it gradually made the offering harder to understand.
With VaultysHub, we chose to clarify this proposition around a central Hub and six specialized modules. We also took the opportunity to strengthen the security architecture: reducing single points of compromise, protecting against credential theft, adding a ZTNA approach, and improving traceability.
VaultysHub is therefore a new generation of product, born from the evolution of SmartLink. It retains the technological foundations and experience gained but adopts a completely reimagined structure, security architecture, and user experience.
The new version will be available starting September 9, 2026, following deployment the evening before, with no service interruption.

Why SmartLink becomes VaultysHub
The name SmartLink perfectly matched the product's initial mission: creating a simple and secure link between an identity and an application.
But the product has grown.
It no longer just connects a user. It now manages identities, applications, permissions, devices, passwords, provisioning, Shadow IT, compliance, and audit evidence.
In other words, SmartLink had become a true control tower, while still bearing the name of just one of its initial functions.
The word Hub better reflects its new role within the information system: a central point from which the organization can understand, govern, and secure its access, without concentrating all the secrets that could allow identity theft.
| With SmartLink | With VaultysHub |
|---|---|
| A perception mainly tied to connection and passwordless | A complete platform for identity, access, and security management |
| Numerous features grouped into one package | An offering structured around a Hub and six clearly identified modules |
| Sometimes complex understanding of the product's value | A visible response for each business or security need |
| A tool that protected access | A control center that protects, explains, alerts, and provides evidence |
In one sentence
VaultysHub provides companies with a single space to know who accesses what, from which environment, with what level of trust, and under what authorization.
One Hub, six modules, one unified security policy
VaultysHub becomes the common foundation of the platform. It centralizes management, policies, permissions, applications, alerts, and audit evidence.
Around this foundation, the offering is organized into six modules. The goal is not to stack additional features but to make each need immediately understandable.
| Module | Problem addressed | What it provides |
|---|---|---|
| AntiPhishing | Passwords and codes can be stolen, copied, or entered on a fake site. | ...aurer**. |
Detection is no longer just a statement. It becomes part of a traceable governance process.
Information becomes accessible everywhere
The global search ⌘K or Ctrl K allows you to quickly find an application, a member, a folder, a device, a Shadow IT element, or an audit event.
Internal notes can be added to applications, members, and folders to explain an exception or prepare for a future review. These remain invisible to end users, and every modification is audited.
Administrators can also quickly add a user or an application without restarting the full assistant. The entire interface has been harmonized so that tables, filters, detail pages, and actions follow the same rules.

A platform that also adapts to your organization
VaultysHub can display the organization's icon on the login screen and in the sidebar, as well as a custom background image on the employees' home page.
This point may seem purely visual, but it addresses a trust issue: the user must immediately recognize the environment in which they are authenticating.
In a context where phishing attacks increasingly mimic legitimate interfaces, visual consistency does not replace cryptography, but it helps make abnormal paths easier to identify.
What integrators need to anticipate
The transition to VaultysHub comes with some important technical changes.
To check before the update
- The old webhooks
eventandticket.createdare replaced byaudit.event.- Several legacy routes related to logs, messages, and statistics are removed or relocated.
- The audit log and notifications are retained for 30 days in VaultysHub; longer archiving needs must go through the SIEM.
- Aggregated statistics and archived reports are retained for three years.
- Notification, reporting, and audit tasks rely on the scheduling service, which must be properly monitored.
VaultysHub: more than a new name, a new approach to security
With VaultysHub, we didn’t just want to replace the SmartLink logo in the interface.
We wanted to make the product easier to understand, clarify the different solutions it provides, and strengthen the architecture against attacks targeting identities.
VaultysHub now brings together in a single platform:
- identity and access management;
- protection against phishing and credential theft;
- a ZTNA approach to limit each access to the bare minimum;
- password management for those that cannot yet be eliminated;
- detection and governance of Shadow IT;
- compliance, reports, and audit evidence;
- the necessary integrations with the existing information system.
A good Hub doesn’t just open the door. It knows who enters, to which resource, under what authorization, and what happens next.
VaultysHub will be available starting September 9, 2026, with no service interruption during deployment.
