Genesis of Vaultys: An innovative response to the growing threats of cyberattacks
Founded in 2022 by Jean Williamson and François-Xavier Thoorens, Vaultys is the result of the union of two visionary minds in the field of cybersecurity. Their motivation to protect digital data was born from the alarming observation of the increase in cyberattacks targeting hospitals.
Faced with this growing threat, they felt the urgent need to develop a revolutionary solution capable of countering these attacks and protecting critical infrastructures.

An appetite for the creation, structuring and development of new activities in telecoms, identification and authentication, smart cards, payments, data protection.
In 2022, he began applying this experience to support companies facing growth or recovery challenges. His first assignment was to commercially represent a Texas-based biometrics startup.
He is a member of the Digital League Rhône Alpes and a member of its Cybersecurity club.
Since April 2024, he has been supporting the founders of Vaultys, with the design of its commercial launch plan and the management of its implementation.
