  • Is there a free version of SmartLink?

    Of course. As soon as you register for the first time, you activate by default the

    free version. This version includes:


    • The ability to invite two other people
    • The installation of around twenty applications
    • The creation of up to two user groups
  • Can I start without inviting all my colleagues?

    Absolutely. You can start by inviting only colleagues from your team, for example. This allows you to manage all your team applications internally without impacting other colleagues.

  • What about digital sovereignty?

    We take sovereignty and security issues very seriously. SmartLink is

    hosted by a French host. In addition, by subscribing to the platinum version, we

  • Can you help us with the implementation of SmartLink?

    Yes, we can assist you. While SmartLink is designed for administrators to manage configuration independently, we offer implementation support services. This includes:

  • What languages are available?

    Our interface is available in several languages:

    Yes. Customers opting for the ENTERPRISE license have the option to host the application on their own server. This license also allows for the management of multiple organizations.

  • What is the difference between the free and paid versions of SmartLink?

    The free version:


    • Limit to three users
    • Ability to install twenty applications
    • Maximum two user groups

    The paid version:


    • Unlimited number of users
    • Unlimited number of applications
    • SecNumCloud or HDS compatible hosting (for the platinum version)
    • Possibility of hosting on own server (for the ENTERPRISE license)

  • What customization options are available?

    SmartLink allows extensive customization:

  • What is the commitment period for paid versions?

    We offer monthly and annual subscriptions. You can choose the option that

    best suits your needs. Annual subscriptions are discounted compared to monthly subscriptions.

  • What if my business grows and I need more features?

    SmartLink is designed to grow with your business. You can easily upgrade to

    a higher version of our offer to benefit from more features and

    capabilities as your business grows.

  • How are application updates managed?

    Updates are automatic. For cloud users, we manage updates in the background without service interruption. For enterprise users hosted on our own server, we provide detailed update instructions or can perform them for you.

  • Is SmartLink compatible with mobile devices?

    Yes, SmartLink is compatible with mobile devices. You can access your

    applications and data from any internet-connected device, including smartphones and tablets.

  • What types of support are available for users?

    We offer several levels of support:
